Andy Warhol
I went a little Warhol crazy last year. I had the planner, which I loved because of the artwork, but the spiral spine was scratching everything in my bag (also heavy) so I swiched to a non-Warhol smaller diary this year. Anyway, I also had the watch that I still wear everyday:
I even got my sister one for her birthday, so I can borrow it (haha, I want to, but i never got around to doing so). I also had a cute (unofficial) Warhol inspired Banana necklace which I got from Anthology, which I sadly lost... And then there's the thesis.
During Research Methods class (a prerequisite to the actual thesis writing) the professor actually encouraged us to focus on a topic that interested us as we're going to be stuck with it for three terms. I remember presenting about five topics but the one about Warhol was approved. I amassed massive amounts of information about Warhol for the Review of Related Literature part, it made me go crazy! Haha. The following term, two of my classmates joined in on the 'fun' and all I can say is that they're seriously the best thesis mates ever.
Ok, so the defense was held the other day and I have to say it would be an understatement to say that the defense went well... We got a 4.0!!!

Ever since I saw Gene Kelly in singing in the rain I've wanted to wear pants like that. Or should I call them trousers? Yeah I think I should call them trousers.
I got the bag the day before and I love it cos it fits my laptop (which is pretty big) perfectly. Also because it's so cheap! 500 pesos! I got it from Red Logo, a direct selling company which we chanced upon one night after dinner around Taft. You have to be a member to actually buy stuff, so hypersober and I signed up so I could buy the bag. Signing up gets you 20% off! So it's great. Haha. The cardigan is from Topman (a looong time ago), the trousers I had tailor made and the shoes are F by Friis, which I got from Theodore's (the most awesome store in the Philippines ever) last year. The look for less! Much much less! :D

They look really cute but at $230 for a 100mL bottle for the Silver Factory and $195 for the Union Square ($1,500 for a box of 10 bottles), I don't think I'll be having these. Not to mention they're for women!
I've got another Warhol-related update SOON. I'd like to keep it under wraps first cos it keeps getting postponed, and there's a chance it won't push through.
